Acceptable Use Policy

Tiny Desk AI is for light-hearted, self-made jokes: creating an original desk-concert scene from photos of you, adults who agreed, or your own pets, with original AI-generated vocals and music. Every result is AI-generated and should be shared as an AI-made edit. Allowed: clearly labeled AI, fictional entertainment clips. You may not use results to fake a real event, an endorsement, a statement someone never made, or evidence of anything.

You may not upload or generate any of the following:

• Pornography or sexual / NSFW content.
• Violence or gore.
• Hate speech or content attacking people for who they are.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or unsafe way (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people: face swaps, "nudify" edits, placing two real people in intimate scenes, or passing off a real person saying or doing something they did not as real — whether or not they consent.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, including copyrighted characters and brand logos.
• Uploading photos of other people without their permission.

Also prohibited: terrorism or extremist content, misinformation, spam, and attempts to bypass our safety filters.

Everyone in the photo must be you, an adult who explicitly agreed to be in the video, or your own pet – this applies to every person in a couple or group photo. Photos of public figures, celebrities and anyone under 18 are not allowed. Before generating you confirm this. Permission never allows the deepfake uses listed above.

When you post a result, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks, and do not present it as a recording of a real event.

Uploads and generated results are checked automatically before results are shown, and blocked when they break this policy. Flagged and reported content is reviewed by a person. We keep moderation records.

To report content or misuse, email support@tinydeskaifree.com with a description and, if possible, the image. We review reports within 24 hours. Reports involving child safety are handled as quickly as possible, and always within 24 hours. We email you the outcome once the review is done.

• Blocking the request and removing the content.
• Warning, or suspending the account.
• Permanent ban and forfeiture of remaining credits for serious or repeated violations.
• Reporting to law enforcement where required.
• If we take action on your content or account, we email you the reason and how to appeal.

If you think we made a mistake, email support@tinydeskaifree.com within 14 days. We review it again and reply within 10 business days.
